Beginning weight journey
morning all =)posted 8/6/12 10:27 pm The weather is shinning bright so it's a great day to get out and do some kind of exercise: walk around, go swiming at a beach or a pool, bike ride if you have a bike. I woke up this morning and usually I will have a glass of soda to start my day but instead, I chose water. that is so much better for you. just a quick little change I did to start my day right. Now, my goal today is to drink just water . when you are trying to lose weight, water is the best thing because it helps cleans out toxins in your body and you don't want them to stay. the suggested amount you should be drinking is 6-8 glasses a day but you can always drink water. there is no limit to how much you drink. 0 Responses to "morning all =)"Be the first to comment!Sign in to comment!
