Grilled Marinated Chicken

Grilled Marintaed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds chicken breast cutlets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Rub chicken with oil, thyme leaves, salt and pepper. Cover with plastic and refrigerate 1 hour. Prepare a medium grill or heat broiler according to manufacturers directions.
Grill or broil chicken breasts 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through. Garnish with parsley.
