For my friends here in San Diego, here's my info update.
Surgery will be at 7:30am, and will have to check-in at the Hospital at 5am. Oh yeah, the ex is gonna be THRILLED with that! lol, Whatever!
About 2 hours for surgery and 2 hours in recovery and then moved to the floor. Either the 5th floor if no problems, or the 7th floor if ICU. Everyone has been going straight to the 5th floor, so I foresee no problems there.

I will have my phone with me and will turn it on once I'm awake and functioning!

I got an email from Sara Mac today. She is tired, but is recovering (slowly). She also said she has been throwing up...but the doc said that was normal. I mentioned she should stop by here and say "hi" to everyone. Maybe during the time off, she will navigate our group page and find us.

There are like 3 Jazzercise places in Escondido. I usually go to the one on E. valley parkway (at the library and indoor basketball place...near vons and citrus kinda). But you can go to any of them once you join. They do have Sunday classes at some of them too. I've always been able to drop tons of weight doing jazzercise AND PROPER DIET. I love to shake my ass and dance, so it's a fun 60 minute total body workout. I would totally love company :) ...when ur recovered.
I can relate to the anxiety. You will sleep plenty in the hospital...just make it through today at work and your home free! You can soak it all in tomorrow and get your chit in order. I finally had a good nights sleep the night before surgery.

PS. Make your jello tonight so it will be set and ready to eat tomorrow...jello will be your new best friend for the next two - three weeks so buy plenty of it! I just made a batch with the unflavored Unjury, it was Ok tasting. It got a little watery after a while.

Where is your Jazzercise? Maybe once I'm giving the all clear and it's close to us, I can join you! Sunday's work well for me.
Only 2 more days! argh, I'm getting nervous, and haven't been able to sleep the last 2 nights. I've averaged about 6 -7 hours over the last 2 nights. It's not just surgery on my mind, it's everything, and I'm having trouble turning my head off in order to go to sleep.

Having a total fat week. I feel icky. I got down to 239.9 during my two weeks of liquids, but as soon as I started on dairy, I gained! I've been at 242.3 (EXACTLY) for the past three days.
I have been logging my food for about 4 days now, and I average about 600 calories a day (300-400 coming from breakfast protein shake.) I exercise everyday, sometimes twice a day, and I'm still working.
When I read about stalls and how to break them, the majority of people said "hide the scale" and measure yourself. I try not to step on that stupid thing...it's just a habit and secretly, I think this will be the day that it's gonna move...sadly it doesn't.
I took measurements and plan to re-take each week. I am going to up my calories by about 100 for the next few days, then drop to about 400-500. Hopefully that will force my body to do something.
Also, I have been tired lately. I don't take naps cuz I want to make sure I sleep like a rock through the night (which I do). I made sure I don't over sleep either. I set my alarm for 5:30 and try and get out of bed by 5:45 - 6:00 to go for my walk. I joined Jazzercise Sunday but haven't gone to a class yet. Hopefully my energy comes back and I can start this weekend.

I hope I can visit ...Ill be at my first appointment on wed sooo im sure but i will try and make! your going ot be fine....I had a hard time when i got home my niece wanted me to dance with him and than my nefew wanted to sit with me and he always lays in my belly soo it was tuff but i had to tell them im hurt! but everything else is ok..it's hard to get anything off the floor so everyone has been helping me..and that's about it..HEARTBURNsucks!@@@@@!!!!!

Hey hun everything is good got home yesturday and everything is going great !!! thanks for asking....I dont have much advise than what we have been told For me i feel that it was alot easier Im just swore not really in pain,,,some nurses werent the best but some were amazing! that Im just waiting for my life to keep changing since it already has so much
