Sure, if you're up for it. I'm still up early in the morning, that hasn't changed for me! LOL

Give me a call in the morning and if you're still up for it, we'll head on out.

I have tomorrow off, if you want to go in the morning? I have to get it done first thing or I find excuses not to do it.

Also, I got new protein powders in the mail and i was gonna give you a scoop of each to try.

I had that problem for a few days. I quit napping and I made sure (no matter when I went to sleep) I got up at 5:45 every morning  and walked 3/4 of a mile. That plus working, doing chores and running errands makes me tired. I have been sleeping about 7 hours straight every night, and wake up raring to go most mornings.

Hope that helps...if not, I can text you every night and bore you to sleep

Im aching to get out to the mall tonight and walk (to both get out and also exercise). I've been stuck at home all day while the ex was working and he's got plans for tonight. I'm tempted to try and drive, but Im trying to hold off until tomorrow when I have to go to class for a few hours.
I'll have class Wed and Thurs early evenings, but pretty much any other day I'm free to walking.

YAY! You found us....it's good to here from you, although I'm sorry to hear you had such a rough time.

Do you have a history of migraines and anxiety? I've struggled with anxiety in the past and it is miserable!!!!!!!

Glad that you are finally feeling better, and your weight loss this far kicks ass. 20 pounds is unbelievable. So far none of my mini stalls have lasted more than 2-5 days. I do log all my food and exercise. I try and take in about 750 calories for a few days, then drop to like 500 for a few days. Seems to be working to break the stalls. Or maybe it's just coincidence...LOL

Take care!

I'm know you have lost inches. A loose bra is a happy bra...it gets to go into early retirement!

I kinda agree with you...if people know you've had surgery they are more apt to say something about your weight.

All the people that knew I had surgery...all 6 of them, commented that I have lost weight and they can tell. Out of all the others I didn't tell about surgery, I have only had one person comment on my weight.

I asked my husband how come nobody is noticing...he said (which makes sense) that weight is a touchy subject for people. Unless it is really obvious people don't want to ask. Asking may insinuate that you need to lose weight. And he said, since I work with almost all men, FOR SURE they are not going to ask unless it's totally obvious that I have lost.

Let's go for a walk soon

They told me no swimming for the first month, but I read somewhere that it was ok after the incisions have scabbed over.

Six weeks off and triple digit temperature....I'd do it. Relax and swim, enjoy your time off.

BTW..I love the new profile pix. You have a great smile (and i like the tats). The Pink Sara pix, was sexy sexy.
