Thanks for all the support, friends! I don't even recognize myself anymore. I was a little worried because I haven't lost a much weight as the rest of you, but Dr. Tanaka says I'm right on track.

I've been dating a lot, and I've come across some weirdos. I just went out on a second date with a nice guy, though, so that's exciting. Wish me luck. I started a blog about all the creeps I've met. Feel free to read it, but be warned! There is adult content

That's fantastic!!! She is such a crack up. She gave me her phone number in the hospital, but my phone took a crap and I only had the data from the last time I backed up my phone...which was a lesson learned, since I hadn't backed it up in months. I lost a ton of stuff...pictures, appointments, ph numbers...arrrgg.

Can you text me her number, I'd love to stay in contact with her!

I hear ya! I think I get treated way different now by strangers, that before. Even some of the clicki parents at the kids school have taking a liking to me. They keep wanting to get together and do things. I don't want to sound *****y, but I still hang with my real friends, that like me big or small. Although, you can never have to many friends....but they can admire me and my weight loss from afar for a little while longer :)

hi everyone!  Well I decided to count my weight loss from the beginning of this long journey--from class & that makes my wgt loss 61 lbs.  My wgt is coming off slowly because I cannot exercise like you all are.  I'm still exhausted after much activity.  But my clothes keep falling off and have donated 5 bags of clothes already.  And of course I cannot end the year without another health problem:  I am suddenly deaf in my left ear & they are still trying to figure out what is up with this!  What a year this has been & certainly hope next year starts a fabulous new chapter in my life.  I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving--it was great to eat turkey!  Everyone have Happy Holidays and a blessed New Year, just in case I'm unable to get my computer going.  CONGRAT'S to everyone on they're success!

We both are at 83lbs lost on exactly the same day. We had a bit of a laugh about that.

Hopefully she can use some of my clothes and help her to save a dollar or two.

She also said that she would love to try and get together some time in the New Year so we can all see how we are doing.
