After the stall.....
Finally been losing weight like crazy again. I work out every day now and the weight has been coming off like before. I'm now finally down 71 pounds and according to the Doc's I have 19 pounds til goal weight. I want to be lighter than that, so my goal is 135, so that would make it another 42 pounds for me. I think I can do it! I'm hoping my body lets me. I've been juicing and taking health supplements. I, too, have had the occasional alcoholic beverage and sugar foods or snacks, and chips. But very few and far between. I'm uaually always on a plan and I stick to it. I have my 16 yr old niece here visiting for 12 days while I entertain her everyday or take her senior pictures, she's keeping me pretty busy. AND my hair is finally coming back in!! THANK GOD!!!!
Would Love to hear from others of their progress and how they're doing!!!!
Sincerely,
Kris(tine)

Marianne,
Good to hear from you!!! I've been wondering how you're doing! You had the gastric bypass, right? I'm sure you've lost alot more weight than I. With the sleeve it's always slow going. But has kicked up somewhat since I work out everyday. It seems that I'm losing sizes more than I'm losing pounds. Down to a size 12 now and a large shirt!!!! It's so exciting to be this small again! I can't remember when I was able to wear this size, it's been so long!
I went to Barbara's class to speak on August 2nd. They were in their 17th week at the time. It was hard speaking in public. I felt like I was boring people to death. But at least some people asked questions. I kind of just had everything in my mind I was going to tell them. Including the ungreatful flapping skin under my arms that doesn't want to go back to normal. And the horrible stretched out skin between my thighs. UGH!!!! All the exercise in the world isn't going to get rid of it! Don't know how my belly will retract since I'm not down to that part yet. Hopefully it won't give me as much of a problem as the other two.
How is your summer going?? Would love to see you!! We should get together and go for a walk or have a small salad somewhere. Tell me how you've been doing!!
Miss ya,
Kris

Hi Kris-
Yeah I had the bypass and am stalled at 90 lbs. I can't believe it has been over a year since we have seen each other. I am so happy to hear from you! I have a lot of flapping skin too and am having a hard time realizing that I am in the 100's now-not the 300's or the 200's but the 100's! I will call you abut getting together which I would love to. See you soon.
