Hey Tasha! Great to hear from you and to hear that the surgery went well. What did you decide to have and who was your surgeon?
As for the gas, mine lasted around 7 days after surgery, maybe even less.
There are a couple of us that are almost 3 months along now, so feel free to ask questions if you are unsure about anything.

The gas was the worest thing about the surgery for me! I found that just moving around helped it lessen. It really took me a good 10 days to really "forget" about the gas. I was pretty uncofortable and unhappy for that many days. But all of a sudden its gone and you forget it was a problem unitl someone asks. Hang in there with the eating and drinking. My experience waqs similar to yours and I spent all my time sipping to get it in. When I started drinking the Premier drinks from Cost co I could finally get everything in. That was at about 2 weeks. I still have to really watch the water. Deb
