Insomnia

So, this past week I've developed a weird sleeping schedule.  I can't sleep for more than 4 hours and it's usually during the day.  Other OH'ers seem to have this problem too.  Any of you have trouble sleeping?  Anything work to get you to sleep?

I usually have insomnia but since surgery I have slept really well. Night time is the time I dose up on pain meds, so Im sure that helps.

Also keep in mind that we have not done much during the days, compared to what we are use to, so it could be that our bodies simply are not tired enough. Have you tried all the alternative options? Like decaff sleepy time tea?

I had that problem for a few days. I quit napping and I made sure (no matter when I went to sleep) I got up at 5:45 every morning  and walked 3/4 of a mile. That plus working, doing chores and running errands makes me tired. I have been sleeping about 7 hours straight every night, and wake up raring to go most mornings.

Hope that helps...if not, I can text you every night and bore you to sleep
