Stall and gain

Having a total fat week. I feel icky. I got down to 239.9 during my two weeks of liquids, but as soon as I started on dairy, I gained! I've been at 242.3 (EXACTLY) for the past three days.

I have been logging my food for about 4 days now, and I average about 600 calories a day (300-400 coming from breakfast protein shake.) I exercise everyday, sometimes twice a day, and I'm still working.

When I read about stalls and how to break them, the majority of people said "hide the scale" and measure yourself. I try not to step on that stupid thing...it's just a habit and secretly, I think this will be the day that it's gonna move...sadly it doesn't.

I took measurements and plan to re-take each week. I am going to up my calories by about 100 for the next few days, then drop to about 400-500. Hopefully that will force my body to do something.

Also, I have been tired lately. I don't take naps cuz I want to make sure I sleep like a rock through the night (which I do). I made sure I don't over sleep either. I set my alarm for 5:30 and try and get out of bed by 5:45 - 6:00 to go for my walk. I joined Jazzercise Sunday but haven't gone to a class yet. Hopefully my energy comes back and I can start this weekend.

ARRRGG...This is frustrating!

Where is your Jazzercise? Maybe once I'm giving the all clear and it's close to us, I can join you! Sunday's work well for me.

Only 2 more days! argh, I'm getting nervous, and haven't been able to sleep the last 2 nights. I've averaged about 6 -7 hours over the last 2 nights. It's not just surgery on my mind, it's everything, and I'm having trouble turning my head off in order to go to sleep.

There are like 3 Jazzercise places in Escondido. I usually go to the one on E. valley parkway (at the library and indoor basketball place...near vons and citrus kinda). But you can go to any of them once you join. They do have Sunday classes at some of them too. I've always been able to drop tons of weight doing jazzercise AND PROPER DIET. I love to shake my ass and dance, so it's a fun 60 minute total body workout. I would totally love company :) ...when ur recovered.

I can relate to the anxiety. You will sleep plenty in the hospital...just make it through today at work and your home free! You can soak it all in tomorrow and get your chit in order. I finally had a good nights sleep the night before surgery.

Do you know what time your surgery is yet?
 
PS. Make your jello tonight so it will be set and ready to eat tomorrow...jello will be your new best friend for the next two - three weeks so buy plenty of it! I just made a batch with the unflavored Unjury, it was Ok tasting. It got a little watery after a while.
