My First Real Cheat
Today is the first day I have actually felt week and a little shaky. Two weeks with less than 300 calories a day has to catch up with you at some point.
The upside to 300 calories is, the weight loss part of it.....down 24 pounds today. The down side is I feel hungry (for the first time) and weak today. Tomorrow is technically the day I get to start tofu, eggs and dairy, but I started today. I had to! So far I've had my morning protein shake with 8oz. of milk instead of 4oz., about 1/4 cup of yogurt melts for snack, and 1/7th of a boca burger for lunch. Planning on having an 1/2 an egg for dinner, and 5 cubes of tofu for night time snack. My body needs fuel.
Ahhh, I already feel so much better. Water, a small protein shake and jello is just a cruel, cruel diet.

I try to walk at night too, but if I feel dehydrated I skip it and just focus on drinking water.
Next week I'm going to start Jazzercise. they have a special going and I think it's a good deal. I love Jazzercise...It's kinda dorky, but I'd rather be shaking my ass and getting my groove on, than sitting in a gym like a hamster on a treadmill. They do cardio, stretching and weights for resistance, you can burn 600 calories in an hour.
I used to be "that girl". I was the drunk dancing on tables in TJ by the time I was 16! I love to dance...I'm not very good at it...but I totally love it.
I've only felt week a few times. I just try and take a nap or chill and watch TV til I feel better, and I try and get a few more calories in too.
