weekly weigh in
Well last week I stayed the same wgt @ #227, but this week I gained 3#. I've been forcing myself to eat because I don't have a healthy diet, so this past week I really worked on eating fruits/veggies & protein and emphasizing portion control. I figure I need to practice this as I need to get this down prior to surgery but I gained!, & I've even been more active the past 2 weeks! As far as my progress towards surgery is I have to attend the class @ PB, they won't schedule an appt. with the surgeon until I get that paperwork in.
