I would definitely call Kaiser PC to see what is happening. They should have atleast got you set up to re-take your urine testing. I know that all the labs need to be completed before they send your file onto Pacific Bariatric. They shouldn't have left you waiting this long.

YAY! You'll get a letter in the mail from Kaiser. It will look like a carbon copy of a referral that is sent to PB. After receiving it, give it a couple of days, and you should get a call from PB.
