4/21/11 Weigh-in
I'm just about to leave work and stop at Positive Choice for my weekly weigh-in. Not too sure what to expect after a big number last week. Plus, I've eaten a few meals this week while on the shakes. I had been burning up so many calories over the weekend with working in our backyard cutting down trees, clearing land, etc, that I was feeling really hungry (and a little weak).
I'm just hoping I haven't put on, since that seems to be my usual cycle, lose some and gain some, and lose some again! Blah!

Scale said 251.8 this morning. Can't remember what I was last week, But I know that is a loss. I started Nutri-system last Wednesday. It's pretty basic. The food items they provide are REALLY small, but you eat a lot of fruit and veggies, yogurt or protein. Probably wasn't the best week to start. My kids are on spring break and we have had a hard week with my mother-ion-law in the hospital. I VOW TO DO BETTER NEXT WEEK...there I actually wrote it ...so now I'm committed (like a contract..LOL)

This morning I was 275. I have gone from 273.5 to 275 in the last two weeks. It was my Spring Break last week and I did okay until Friday then started eating non-stop, gained 7 lbs. and spent the rest of the week being really strict. My fitness test is Monday 4/25, the day after Easter(another hard weekend) and whatever I weigh then is my end of program weight as I understood the forms we got on 4/7. I'm a little nervous about that weigh in but not the fitness test because we were well prepared, Hope everyone is doing well.
