We are almost done

I cant help but be sad that we are almost done...I dont think that i have laughed as much as some of you ladies make me laugh on thursday. This week has sucked for me I said i was going to do double digits and i dont see it Blah I still have 15 pounds left im soooo NERVOUS!!!

I know, I'm kinda sad too. I've really enjoyed our little Thursday night group which is why I think we should try a once a month get-together. I know everyone has families and other responsibilities which is why anything more than that might be difficult for people. But I look at it as though, once a month for our own health and wellbeing.

It would be great to incorporate some kind of activity into it. Something that we all normally wouldn't do, that would help us gain confidence and get moving. I'd love to do a horseriding day, but I'm worried that the poor horse would look at me and say "oh hell no lady, you've got to be kidding me!" 

And congrats on getting within 15 pounds! I wouldn't worry to much about it because I remember hearing at the KP orientation for the Options Program that if you can lose your 10% or be within 10-15lbs of your 10% that you might not have to meet with Dr. Ray. Now, don't take my word for it, but there might be a good chance!

Me too!  I weigh at least 4 lbs. heavier in the afternoon and I am 12 lbs. away from my 10%-in my morning weight.  I get stressed and sabotage my weight loss.

I will miss you all too. We should try and get together once a month.

I haven't lost any weight during our classes, but I haven't gained either. I'm looking at the glass half full (and not filled with alcohol.. LOL). Before we started the Kaiser classes, I was gaining about 1-3 pounds a month. BUT the last 6 months, I haven't gained! I'm gonna reward myself with a chocolate brownie protein bar..yum!
