I saw Diva Dimples had all kinds of samples...asked her where she got them. She said she started emailing companies and some sent samples. Thanks Diva Dimples for the info!

So you all know how I've been caffeine free for well over a month now... Well...maybe I should have read the front of the Atkins drinks not just the back part about the protein!!

The lattes have coffee in them (obvious to some, but not to me). And, of course, yesterday I picked those first cuz I've been missing my coffee. I (honestly) didn't think they would put caffeine in a bariatric type drink.

Let's just say Friday was a really good day (LOL) I got so much accomplished
