You are very welcome. I was really pleased when Debbie shared this recipe with me.

I'm bringing something yummy to the next meeting as well!

thanks for the brownies at last nights meeting-I will give them a try once I get the main ingredient in the house.  Nice to know we can have goodies as well and  not feel guilty about it!!!

to those who were at the March meeting- the restaurant rumoured to have a bariatric menu is Jack Asters--my friend remembered out of the blue Wed. while we were waiting for our appointments in Humber.

Sorry for the last minute notice but we got bumped out of the space at Ongwanada.

Topic: Meeting Ideas
Let me know if anyone has any ideas for our upcoming meetings or if there is a specific topic you would like to see covered.

I have a few clothes to bring for an exchange.

Topic: Kingston Support Group Meetings

These meetings are open to everyone who is either considering having weight loss surgery or those who have already taken the leap.  It's an informal gathering with people who understand your fears, hopes and struggles. These meetings offer motivation and support and allow each of us to refocus on our goals.

We exchange recipes, clothes and stories as well as what's working for us and what's not.

The cost of using the Ongwanada Resource Centre is minimal and I usually take up a collection to of a buck or two to cover the costs.

We would love for you to join us.
