Thanks...I think that is why we have to wait till Aug. but getting surgery on the same day works well for our post op plans...sorry to have missed the meeting too...but it couldn't be helped... I look forward to the July meeting.
We have settled my daughter into her new home and will now play tourist for a day....

Raging hormones are reason enough all on their own then on top of that you add the Optifast; it's enough to make each of us crazy.

Topic: Big Thanks For All The Support!

I just wanted to send a big thank you out to everyone at tonight’s meeting...it shows how many people truly care and that i have a whole room full of people that support and care that i achieve my goals. Strength in numbers, i greatly appreciate everything. I know the days on Opti have made me a little more emotional than usual and with the lack of support at home i was a bit of a mess. It was such a relief to know when you hit a wall that this amazing group will be there, help you up, give a hug and a tissue and encourage you to be strong and continue on your way because we all deserve it.

Thank You So Much Everyone. Tomorrow is a new day and one day closer :)
