Summer Meet & Greet

I meant to bring this up at the last meeting and forgot.  I'm wondering if anyone thinks it would be fun or a good idea to host an OH Meet and Greet at sometime over the summer?

I'm thinking of maybe a 1,000 Islands Cruise out of Gananoque and/or maybe a dinner? Do you think that we might get some out of town takers if we schedule it far enough in advance? I wasn't thinking about an event with guest speakers etc. more just a get to-gether to meet some of our OH online family.

Just wanted to throw this idea out there and see what everyone thought. Please share any other ideas or if you think it will just be a lot of work with poor attendance. I know that they had a big event in southern Ontario but I think it's a two day event with guest speakers.

Sorry that you weren't feeling well but glad that you are feeling a little better now. 

We had about 17 people turn up to the meeting so it that was good. We discussed some options for hosting some type of get together but didn't firm up anything yet.  Couple of folks going to check on some potential costs for a boat cruise and then we will try to decide at the April meeting exactly what we are going to do.
