I have to be honest....I've never tried to copy and paste, and tried it this am on the main Ont. forum...go and see my "Crockpot Pumpkin Pudding" recipe that I just posted....I'm so impressed that it turned out and it was really good!!  I don't see why Marge's Sweet Potatoe Casserole would not be equally the same...think I'll try that one next!!  Have a great day!!  Patti K.

Hi...here is the recipe...I've used a 4qt. crockpot, but next time I make it, think I'll use my 6qt, and see how it turns out.

1 15oz can pure pumpkin (not the pie filling) = 2 cups

12oz can evaporated milk (I used the low fat)

3/4 cup brown sugar (I used 1/4 cup brown sugar splenda)

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup flour, or whole wheat flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 eggs beaten

2 tbsp. melted butter

1. In a large bowl, place pumpkin, add 1/4 can of the milk, stirring till well blended--then add remaining evap. milk, and the rest of the ingredients.  Beat til blended.

2. Transfer to a 3-4 qt. crockpot coated w/pam, cover and cook on low 5-7 hours, or until pudding is set when lightly touched with finger.

Cooking time will very with size of crockpot used.  Cool for 1 hr. before serving.  You can garnish with small pie cut outs, or crumbled sugar cookies, or NAS cool whip....  p.s. I also sprinkled cinnamon on top before cooking...   Enjoy!!
