SALT AND VINEGAR CHICKPEAS
this may be posted 2 times donno- and remember that I have not yet made these --but they sound very good!!
salt and vinegar chick peas
2 cups (or whole can) of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
3-4 c white vinegar
sprinkle of salt or to taste
dab of olive oil
bring chick peas and vinegar to a boil in a medium pot
remove from heat and let soak in pot for 30 mins
preheat oven to 425
lay tin foil over a cookie sheet
when chickpeas have soaked, drain and put back in the pot
toss with olive oil
lay in a single layer on the cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt
put in the oven for 20 mins
flip chickpeas
bake for another 20 mins
keep an eye on them for another 5 mins to make sure they done' burn (this happens fast if it's going to)
