Hi.
Welcome to the Support group page. 

Support Group is so vital to your success, preop and especially post-op.  This group was started to basically give back to the community, and pay it forward. I am blessed to be able to have had this surgery with no complications, and to remain healthy. 

Support group is as good as you are.  You must attend, you must be supportive of each and every member no matter what it is they are going through.  You must remember that someone else may be going through the same thing.

Just because you had surgey, does not make you a bariatric expert.  We all have something to learn from each other.  What works for one, may not work for someone else.   It is my goal to keep this group small and intimate, and to be there for each and every member. 
Most improtant:
I do this for free.  I do not charge, there are no dues.
I volunteer my time and my home for this, because I believe in it.
All I ask is that you be supportive, be respectful, of each member.
