Topic: Juanita's Home!
Juanita had heart problems the night before she was scheduled to have surgery.. so needless to say, she didnt go in for her surgery. However, she just recently did get the lapband done ((about 2 weeks after her original scheduled date)). She's doing fine! lots of resting :)

Topic: Walk From Obesity- Walk the Capital
I send out invitations to all in the group for this event. It is on a Tuesday Evening. Please concider doing this event as a team or donating to the cause if you can't make the date. Wherever you are in your personal journey remember where you came from and where you are going. Lets stick together and help everyone. Make 2008 the year we make a difference. I went to see Dr. DJ Horan today and got a referal for surgery! :) There was really nothing to it.. he knows both of my parents and referred them. I'm excited.. one step closer.

I use the light which is half decaf. Hubby can't have coffee after his last hospital stay so we will be switching to decaf and only making coffee twice a day. In the morning and 5p.m. I really like the K2O iced tea. Did you know caffein makes your heart race? I will be using decaf tea too . See you lighter.

Makes sence to me. Did she say how long he should do this? I can't imagine anyone just eating protein forever. The 5 day pouch test is good too. Maybe you can help me put it on here as a link. We all learn new things from the docs and should share. Somethings they are just finding out theirselves due to low patient follow up. Thanks !!! See you lighter.
