Getting back on track
I went to the Dr for a follow-up and we discussed my hubby and his recent weight gain because he went off track. I wanted to share this with everyone because she gaves some good pointers. The Dr says go back to eating protein foods only. Cut out all carbs. No need to go back to protein liquid fasting because it will not fill you up and make you more hungry so when you do eat you will tend to over due it. Just wanted to share that information with everyone!~
Makes sence to me. Did she say how long he should do this? I can't imagine anyone just eating protein forever. The 5 day pouch test is good too. Maybe you can help me put it on here as a link. We all learn new things from the docs and should share. Somethings they are just finding out theirselves due to low patient follow up. Thanks !!! See you lighter.
