Let's get back on track
Alrighty guys the summer is almost over and many of us will be returning to work in a few weeks. Trust me when I say I understand vacations and just plain old sleeping in; however, we still have to try to remain active. We were doing so strong with our weekly walks and then we changed to riding our bikes. We went from six to eight of us down to three a week. Come on guys we're support for each other. Remember our motto: "I rather give up an hour of sleep than to be fat". So make plans to meet us at the overlook at 6 AM each Saturday morning. Also, while I have your attention we've been missing in action at the gym as well. Due to a lack of response to the time change I'm going back to my 4:30 AM time slot. Again come join us before excuses have a chance to take over. If you do something seven times it becomes a habit. The heart walk is fast approaching and I plan to run it.
