December 2010 -- March 2011 loss 24 by removing all fast food and cooking healthier at home
 March 2011 - started weigh****chers
June 2011 - joined the gym (4 days aqua fit/cardio and 1 day with personal trainer)

I can honestly say that I have never really tried to loose weight and with those changes it was pretty easy and now with my new tool it's going to be even easier.  Won't get back to weights until 8 weeks (bummer!!)
Starting weight (12/10) - 346; Surgery day weight (10/11) - 282.4

WHOO HOOO!!! I cannot wait to be there!!!

My NSV-   I am able to eat very little and I am satisfied.  My family around me are eathing grilled cheese and pizza and I am okay with it.  I do not feel as if I am missing out on anything.    Now if my dreams of fast food would catch up with my mindset that would be great.

Topic: Technical problems. Help please
I am still in the 1990's when it comes to technology so bear with me. The only way I can write messages is on this page or comment on someone else's comment. When I try to send message or reply to a personal message , I cannot get cursor to go to message block. I can write in subject box , not message box. Anyone have any ideas. I am writing on my IPAD.

Congratulations on your homecoming.sounds like you are doing great. My first week, I poured my protein shakes and broth in medicine cup and sipped over 30-45 minutes. Then the next hour I would chew on ice chips and then started the entire process over again the next hour. I never really felt hungry for the first 10 days, it was just nutrition. Then I started feeling hungry and I struggle with only having pured foods. I did over eat on soup one day. I felt like indigestion and like it was sitting in my throat. It was painful for about one hour. Since then I have really been jcareful about measuring out two ounces for my meals. Anything over that and I can tell.

You did great in the hospital, it was three days and I still had hard time going to the restroom without feeling like my incisions were coming open.

Keep up the good work. Keep us posted how you are doing.

Thanks!! I am figuring out that is my "full" feeling.   I guess I am so use to the full feeling where you feel like you are about to throw up because you ate so much.  It is a new feeling.
