Hello all...

Thank you for all the well wishes for surgery....

So far so good,  learning on how to get all my liquids in and trying to make sure I meet my protein requirements... 

Working on getting all my water.. vits, and walks into my schedule...

PROTEIN Shakes are a must...  while you are on liquid portion of your recovery.... without them... I was exhausted...

Glad to hear that you are doing great!   I drink at least one protien shake with my carnation breakfast., it is my new coffee of the day :)
