I got this!!!!

Post op checkup was today and great news -- everything INCLUDING my meal intake is on point (I was so worried).  Dr. says listen to my body (which I have been) and no vomiting or diarrhea.  One minor issue -- I've been having some type of reaction to either the glue/steri strips/tape and did not get cleared to resume aqua fit BUT that's okay... will spend my gym time on cardio .  Dr. says I still seem a little bloated but I'll take the 5 pound loss anyway (considering she said she has patients that actually gain 10 lbs during the initial post op stage.

Most exciting part of the day.... Got my keys and I'm driving!!!!

yay!! sounds great, uyou have probably lost more but there is alot of fluid retention from swelling that goes one too, probably why some people gain.

Congrats on your success thus far Adrienne!  FYI- I was 15 pounds heavier the day after my surgery than the day of--I was freaking out!
