Do you really feel a difference after the 5 day Pouch restart?

wk 1 221 start up
Melva
Starting weight for March Accountability - 139lbs
Goal for 2010 - 125lbs
Here's my plan, its pretty tight, but I really feel like I've got to make a drastic change in what I'm doing now to re-orientate myself...My original plan to make minor adjustments is just resulting in a Yo-Yo with no real progress since January 1st (2 lbs 2 months )...
800-900 cals a day
35 or less net carbs a day
80+ grams of protein a day
less full fat - more low fat options
3 days aerobics & 4 days power walking per week
I think this is a decent plan that I can stick to for the time needed to meet my goals, then I can work on how to modify it to maintain at the lower weight...
Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142
Yes, I use it and it did take me a few days to get the hang of it but I have found it very helpful. You can find almost every kind of food on there and the nutrition falues are already Calculated for you. It adds everything up so you can see were you may need to make some changes. I have been trying to be faithful on keeping up with it so I can see my progress. I am waiting to see the results and alittle disapointed that I have not seen the weight lose. But I hope this will help, so I am going to keep up with it.

Well, I have been off track for a good year. I did a 5 day pouch restart and feel so much better. That was two weeks ago and I have lost 6lbs. I am happy with that. My goal is to lose another 10 to 15 lbs by the end of March.
Ok I will keep in touch, I am on OH almost everyday just to keep up with my goals and healthtracker. I will post on Monday!!

11 pounds is great and a good start to a new you. I have been off my oh for alot time and two weeks ago I decided after gaining 35 lbs in 2009 I needed to get back on track. I am 5 years out and I have never hit my goal eather. I agree that it is hard but we can not give up. I have been going to the gym at least 4 days a week also using the health tracker on OH to log what I eat. That has really helped with know what and how much I am eating....... WOW
I will do the weigh in with you every Monday and let you know How I am doing!!
