I'm there with you. And for me, my weight really fluctuates during pms and after. That makes it hard to see any real progress.

Hi all-
I've found this wonderful forum a bit late but here goes!
First, big thanks to John - what a great idea to help us stay accountable and get back on track.
My quick WLS bio - I had lap RNY in April 2008 and have mostly done really well. My surgery day weight was 337 and my lowest weight (just before the holidays about 4 months ago) was 183. Today, I'm 194. I got here by letting myself enjoy the extended holiday season a bit too much, forgetting the basics of limited snacking, avoiding carbs, and drinking lots of water, and the worst one I think has been virtually no exercise. The winter is over and spring is almost here and it's time to stop making excuses and get with the program, so here I am. It seems like people here are using this board as a place for a monthly weigh-in and I'd like to do that as well. So...
Highest weight: 337 (April 2008)
Lowest post-op weight: 183 (December 2009)
Current weight: 194 (March 2010)
Goal weight for 2010: 150
Goal for next weigh-in: 183 (April 11, 2010)
I'll be checking in soon!
Stephanie

You're still in the race and still doing great...Its all about just keeping going at a steady pace and not falling out...
Mine too is SLOW, to slow for my liking, and the string on the Yo-Yo is just going up and down the same 5 lbs...I'm holding on, little by little the number at the top of the 5lb range is getting lower...My goal right now is to get the top number to 134 and the bottom below 130, NOW that would be progress I could wooowhooo about...
