Got an e-mail that we were restarting our commitment for 2011. Count me in! I'm working hard now to knock off the pounds I've gained Cutting out all carb (wheat) .,...My trigger food....and stepping up the exercise. So far I'm down about 3 paunds. Feels good to be gaining control again.
