Drop 10 for 10 Challenge (10410)
New here
Hi. I'm glad I saw this group and I'm hoping it's not too late to join. I have gained a lot of weight since my by-pass surgery in Oct. 2004. I have just recommitted myself to getting back on track. I did the 5 day pouch test last week and and happy to see that I didn't ruin my pouch. Kinda feeling bummed today and feel like I'm not doing good enough.

Never to late to join and start making decisions that can turn you around and get you back on track...I check in almost daily, activity is slow but I'll be here to talk & give personal feedback if you come on to post...
I've done the 5-day myself a couple of times in the last 2 years, it definately helps to bring things back into perspective and if you can stick to avoiding the "white" addictive carbs, it will go a long way to help you get jumpstarted again, my problem is slipping back into those pesky

Wi**** wasn't this way - definately feel you pain...
See ya around the board...
