Drop 10 for 10 Challenge (10410)
1st Official Weigh In
Hey Melva,
I saw you posted to my accountability too, WELCOME ABOARD ...I firmly believe supporting each other and posting out in the open for all to see are strong incentives to keep rolling in the right direction...Think about what is a reasonable plan you can follow - write it down - put it somewhere you can see it daily - then do your best to follow it...I know it sounds kinda like a lecture , all I can say is that is my plan, I'm posting on thedailyplate so I can make sure I'm on my numbers and I'm posting here for all to see...
Thank you for joining in...

Good Evening Melva, I know I am a day late in reporting my weigh in for Monday March 1st, but here it is
week 1 - 187 start up
Went to Zumba Class last night, had a plast :)
Saw you were going to be on a trip this weekend. Jus****ch what you eat and remember your protein and you will do fine.
Let get motivated for the Month of March......
Hi there everyone,
Hey Melva welcome to the group. You are a welcome addition to keep things rolling along.
I've managed to drop about 5 pounds since the start of the year. I know it doesn't sound like much, but I'm in the neighborhood of 215 most days and hit my post surgery all-time high in December of 229.8. I have to say that it scared the daylights out of me...and made me feel so our of control. I'm still going to keep plugging along and I will get 10 pounds off by the end of the year or sooner.
John
