Week #7 Accountability Check
Hi Everyone, I'm bumping our fearless leader John W. and starting the next accountability check-in...Its time for all you posters, occasional & lurkers to check in...

Weight lost for February : _____
Its been a up and down week, was as low as 135.8 for a hot minute one day, its amazing to me how much fluctuation comes into play on a daily basis...This is why my goal range is actually +/- 3 lbs from my end of year goal of 125...Right now just getting it back below 130 would be fantastic...I've been pretty focused on making good choices and giving myself a pat on the back for managing to keep it in pretty good control even on the weekends ( which seem to be my worst enemy whne it comes to self-sabatage )...
Staying away from continuous grazing has really helped curb the cravings and making a dent in my daily cal intake which in turn, is working to get the scale moving in the right direction...
