Post one good habit you are/will practice today
One of the goals of this group is to help each other see the good things each of us do to stay or get back on track...I think it would be great if each of us post a good habit they follow, you might say to yourself "hey everyone already knows that one" but truth is we all forget some of the "right" things that were expected in the beginning, but slipped our minds as time goes on...
Here's mine :
Wait 30 minutes BEFORE & after you eat, to drink ( I have been sliding the before part for a couple of years now )

Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142
1) Journal what is eaten
2) Drink loads of water
3) Journal what is eaten.
Those are my main focus points of the week.
