I too am still here. However, it's a sad report I haven't lost a single pound this year. In fact just now the scale moved up to 244. I almost had a stroke because I have been eating right. Then I moved the scale to the kitchen and it revealed 242. So I'm guessing I'm still in the range of 240's. It is my sincere desire to get back down to my wedding weight of 219. As for the year I would like to get to 199.9. I exercise daily for an hour each morning. I'm trying to get back in the habit of working out twice a day but I really don't have the interest, time, or commitment to do so. However, I have agreed to go back to the gym twice a day at least two times a week. I have begun to do more weight training and I can see the definition in my body. My thighs have bulked up and they look like tree stumps. My stomach is so full and tight it appears that I'm four months pregnant. I'm going to continue to see if the muscle will begin to burn this fat and then form a more flattering shape to or on my body. Finally, I want to join WW I need the support. Together we can do this one day and one pound at a time.
