Drop 10 for 10 Challenge (10410)
accountability
I know most people use Friday or Monday as their accountability day, but since the 100 day challenge I am part of started on a Thursday, I am using that as my "official" day. So, officially, I am down 5 lbs.
I am only aiming for 1 to 2 lbs. a week, so the 5 is a pretty big number for me. But I know that a good part of that is the typical "first week" loss--water weight, etc. But I've been good about keeping the snack down (and healthy) and staying with my exercise.
So now on the the next 13 lbs. and staying with the exercise.

That is a great way to start.
I know earlier you had hoped to get some exercise the day of your meeting. Perhaps you squeezed in a bit of time. If not, you will find the excercise helps to keep the momentum going.
Have a great week...just a little at a time. What really counts is where we are in December...even in small amounts.
