good morning i have had a great 2 weeks i have lost 2.4lbs so far and i have been journaling online everything i eat and exercising everday for 1 hour and i am so happy for this site it has helped me get back on track have a good day
Great job keeping going towards your goal...I know journalling has always been a great help to me, it really lets me know how little or much I am over the line and where I'm lacking in my food choices - I use thedailyplate and I think it works great...
Keep up doing what you are and you will stay on track...
