Hopefully checking in here and posting with us will help lend support to you getting yourself together and giving those extra unsolicited pounds a swift kick to the curb...
I hear ya saying " hey I'm back to following the rules and I STILL weight too much, I hear the silent "what gives?"...One major thing I know for myself - the honeymoon period was over about 2-2 1/2 years out from surgery, thats when I really had to start paying attention to working with my tool and not just letting my tool do most of the wor****il then, when I picked up 2-3 lbs they came back off quickly by just cutting out the excess carbs for a short time...It definately does not work like that anymore, now I have to work & pay close attention to my choices if I want to take off re-gain and I have to be realistic about how long it will take...I set my goal in 2010 for 1 lb a week - to do that, I'm getting back to basics...I know I can do it, I know you can too...It IS scary that I might re-gain everything I've worked to achieve and I'm determined to not let that happen...
Its a lifetime of work to make it work...
