Drop 10 for 10 Challenge (10410)

Good Morning everyone, Make sure you take care of you today. It is the middle of the week, and I know for me thigns are piling up. Have not made it to the gym yet this week due to unexpected events with work. I am staying positive though and working out when and where I can....walked faster up and down the halls at work, took the stiars all the time, while sitting at the hospital with a student, did stretches and lunges...so just do what you can do, when you can do it. Remember every little thing adds up whether it is something you put in your mouth, or something you do!

If I had my way, taking care of myself would include moving south! We're getting five more inches of snow and blizzard conditions :(
I've gotten my walking in at work so far this week, and yesterday I did pretty good on not snacking. So there's an improvement if not perfection. At least it is in the right direction.

What I do for myself is to try ang get some exercise because it helps me sleep better at night and If I am rested I can deal with work which is crazy and family which is busy like everyone else.The weather here is mild so I have been able to get my exercise in this week. Actually only one day was outside the rest have been indoors now that I think about it! Saturday I ran outsaide, Sunday I did Zumba, Monday I ran inside on the treadmill and yesterday was a lazy day I rode the recumbant bike at the Y for 5 miles/30 minutes.I plan on Zumba again today, it should be a run day but I like zumba more!
I just had all my labs done so I know where I am with all that which keeps me on the right path with vitamins and such. Ferritan is low again am working with pcp to try something different. I am still eatimng one too many snacks at least and really want to limit myself to three meals and two snacks so I am working on that today. I have brought lunch and healthy planned snack every day to work this week so I am pleased with that.
