Drop 10 for 10 Challenge (10410)
hello... and question?
thank you so much for your reply. It has been a week now, and for the most part I was able to stick to the program (protein first, and much much less of anything else). The hardest part was to NOT snack anything after supper.. the first 2 days were horrible. I had huge headaches, and was sooo hungry!! But I stuck it out, and drank like a fish. Instead of drinking water I started to drink unsweetened cold green tea (tea bags, not store bought).
Then on day 3 I realized I was NOT thinking about food at night. That was a huge WOW moment for me.
The thing is, if I only have a little 'something' to eat after 8, or 9, and yes, that includes celery sticks or a small piece of cheese, I can not stop with that.... I go an have more, and something else, then I feel like something sweet, then something salty.....it just keeps going and going....
so I am very proud to announce that I was able to NOT EAT after supper for a whole week. On Monday I will weight myself. I am scared of the results, because the weight-ins can litterally crash my effort..... (if I didn't lose! that is, lol)
I also realized something else: the pride to be able to put my mind over the bodies urges is big.
The pride to stay away from the cake my daughter baked was big for me.
oohkey so much on that... have a great weekend everybody!!! Karin
