Getting back on track in 2011 December 28, 2010 2:52 am First off thank you John for continuing to post in this group and spurring everyone on with your motivation and success! I confess I have been such a slacker over the past year and as a result I have gained 20 pounds! I stepped on the scale and freaked myself out when I saw those 20 extra pounds. I couldn't believe my eyes. They slowly crept up on me just a little at a time which never made my alarms go off... until now! The alarms & sirens are sure going off loud & clear now! So it's back on track for me this new year before that 20 pounds turns to 40, then 50 and on and on it goes! I'm really disappointed in myself for letting these 20 pounds sneak back up on me but I have no one to blame but myself. Little by little the carb monster grew inside of me and now his appetite is ferocious! I need to not just tame the carb monster but kill him once and for all! I figured this was the best place to start and get the help & accountability that I need in order to conquer & kill the beast! Looking forward to getting back on track with everyone!
