Drop 10 for 10 Challenge (10410)

27 days and counting...

...till the end of January.  So let's set small increments, maybe adding one a week and check in with others often for support to stay on track.   Here are some sample goals:

1.  Increased exercise
2. Better food choices
3. Increase water intake
4. Follow the rules: no drinking before, after or during meals.
