Dont give in to head hunger or boredom. You have come too far to give in now. Exercise is the best for boredom. When your able go for a walk. If its too cold were you live then walk in place during a tv show. Rest during the commercials. Clean closets or rooms that you have not gotten around to. If you keep busy the desire will go away.

I bought an electric candle warmer plate. I can put my coffee mug full of soup on it. I also can put my little plates on it. 17 minutes is awesome. Keep it up. Did you ever think you would go that long? I love the NSV's because weight loss is a given, but its great to hear the NSV that we all achieve.

Surgery went great! Went into surgery around 11:00, out of post opp. around 3:30. I'm so surprised... We each had private rooms, I could hear a bunch of people throwing up and all i could think was "Please God don't let me throw-up". Cannot believe it, I have not had any nausea. Sore of course but nothing you can't handle. Thanks for all of your support! Great thing is they gave me some awesome liquid Vicoden to take home. Only stayed over night, i was worried because of all the stories that i had heard about the pain, its not even 1/10th of what i had thought it would be. I wish everyone the  best on their surgeries.(: Just took my walk now onto nap-time!
