Break down!!!!
I have not only stalled this week but I gained 2 pounds. I almost had a nervous break down. I told my bf that I want to give up. I am trying so hard and I gain 2 pounds?Nothing has changed in the 5 weeks except I may not be getting 48 oz of liquids. I work out 6x a week and eat 70+ protein daily. I am trying though. I was even more upset going shopping for new scrubs today. I am still in 3x top and pant. After loosing 30 lbs I would have thought I would have gone down a size. It is my saggy bariatric tummy. I cant fit my pants over the saggy tummy. Uggghhhh I am having a horrible week.

Hang in there Shannon and don't get discouraged. I had lost far more than 30 lbs before I went down a size. Plus, if you are sticking to the program, you know you didn't gain fat. It's most likely water weight. It seems counterintuitive, but if you drink more you will flush out the excess water you may have on board.
Be proud of the 30 lbs you have lost, and just think of how good you will feel when the scale rewards you for your perseverance!!

Thanks Tiffani and Karen. I think I was just having a crappy day. I think it may be the fluids. Today I only got 42 oz. I will def start tomorrow and drink more. 32 oz before 2pm and the other 32 before bedtime. Ill let you know. Thanks again for encouraging me. I really needed it.

You have been quit the inspiration for me and I'm sorry that you are having a difficult week. I can't give much advise as I have just started my weight loose journey but can only say I am here if you need somebody to talk to. Keep your chin up and the great work. Thirty pounds is definitely something to be proud of!
Thank you. I know know I should prepare for bad weeks and stalls. This is so hard sometimes but I know I can do it.

Ack, I'm sorry I didn't see your message sooner, Shannon! I understand the frustration about clothes, I haven't changed sizes yet either, and it stinks! But I was wearing my clothes very tight, since I refused to actually buy clothes any larger than 24's, LOL! So now I still wear 24's (for the moment anyway) but they actually fit instead of looking like sausage casings! But, look...30 pounds? That's GREAT!! Keep at it, woman, and you WILL drop sizes soon! Remember it's not a sprint, it's a marathon, and you got this!
My only piece of real advice: Work hard at upping your fluids, especially water. 48 oz isn't enough to help flush out your system IMO, I think if you consistently get 70-100 ounces (I know, I know, it's hard to do!) you'll see more progress.
Good luck, and keep us posted!

I am half tempted to give myself a bag of IV fluids every day lol (I would never do this). It would be easier than to remember to drink. AND if I could only have mcdonalds sweet tea I could easily do 100oz daily lol. I am getting better. I am doing 32oz in the am and 32oz in the pm. I will try fo were so r more. Thanks for the advise. I am an instant gratification person. I want results I can see NOW....I am very impatient. I guess this is a flaw I have to work on.
I will say that I left my former job Oct 3rd. I had not put my old scrubs on since. Yesterday I pulled them out and put them on. OMG they hung on me. I couldn't keep from staring at the way they looked. Before I looked pregnant and they were tight. Now I can grab from all sides. I agree about the sizes. I was 26/28 but they were big. I still have 24 that were so tight. I can wear them now. But I think I am fixed on the #. Thanks for being there now on to drinking fluids.
