Surgery went great! Went into surgery around 11:00, out of post opp. around 3:30. I'm so surprised... We each had private rooms, I could hear a bunch of people throwing up and all i could think was "Please God don't let me throw-up". Cannot believe it, I have not had any nausea. Sore of course but nothing you can't handle. Thanks for all of your support! Great thing is they gave me some awesome liquid Vicoden to take home. Only stayed over night, i was worried because of all the stories that i had heard about the pain, its not even 1/10th of what i had thought it would be. I wish everyone the  best on their surgeries.(: Just took my walk now onto nap-time!

Glad you are home and doing well.  Congratulations on not getting sick post op; that is huge!

Good girl to take your walk first.  Nap well, and welcome home!

How are you feeling Pam?  I hope all is going well for you too!  The Kaiser South facility in Sacramento was wonderful to me, they were all very kind, very gentle.  I have to give them Kudos!

I'm doing really well, nana, thank you for asking. Better every day! I feel the same way about the hospital I was in (Mercy Jefferson Memorial in Festus, Missouri) they couldn't have been any more wonderful to me. It make a huge difference when you can just relax and trust your caregivers after surgery, doesn't it?

Thanks much!  I am truly blessed that it went so easy so far.  My granddaughter Haylee  took me for a walk down the street to a little park and we sat in the sunshine.  Wondering though, why are my calf muscles so sore? odd.
