Just counting down...getting excited, jittery, nervous, anxious...all the typical mind trips...but still looking SO forward to my new life!! Thanks for those who are posting how you feel when you come home, I don't like to be taken by surprise so this helps so much.  I wish you all a quick recovery !

i keep telling myself this when i encounter doubters around me...It's your road and yours alone, others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you", it empowers me...but i get the most strength from this website

You can do this!! You got this! Your attitude about it is awesome... it is very true, people can not walk it for you and the ones who are doubters, they just need to stand aside and watch you go Good luck and let us know how you are doing.

Good for you for keeping the right mindset! You may sail right through, out you may have an issue or two, but you're strong and can handle anything! You got this!

VSG on 12/09/13

Everything that you are feeling is normal. It will be over before you know it and you will be loosing just like us. I had the VSG so I cant tell you too much. I can tell you to walk walk walk. It really does help dissipate the gas. Listen to your body when it says slow down do it. This will be one of the most rewarding things you can do for yourself. Good luck !!!!! Keep us posted
