For the hell of it today, I went through some of the clothing I have had in my closet for awhile. There have been things I have bought over the past year that just did not fit right. To tight in the arms or to tight around the middle or what not. Well I found out that I can fit into 5 shirts I have never worn that I bought. Almost into 3 more, they fit but a bit to snug and I hate snug. I also fit into a pretty dress I bought awhile back. I ran out of energy before trying on my clothes that fit me before surgery to see if they are to big, I have only worn sweat pants or leggins since I had surgery. But it made me feel pretty good. and it helped last night when my fiance` just said out of the blue. "Hey.. your butt is shrinking"... haha.. I have such a large one that I was surprised he noticed at all LOL goodness I love him LOL

Just wanted to share.

Outstanding NSV!  Fitting into clothes that didn't fit before is a wonderful positive reinforcement.  As is your sweetheart of a fiance who commented on your butt shrinking.  (It doesn't get much better than that!!)

Wahoo. That is great news. It feels good to have people notice that you are shrinking. Keep up the great work!!!

That's awesome!  Someone bought me some pj pants while I was in the hospital, size L.  I thought oh, it'll be a while before I can wear them,  I've been XL or XXL.  Wearing them right now and they fit!!!!

That's great news! It made me think a bit about what to do with close I "shrink out of", lol...I ended up getting a cardboard box and labeled it "Clothes to donate" and put it in my closet. Every time I try something on that's too large, I'll drop it in the box. Once it's full, I'll run it over to the women's shelter or Goodwill or something.

Thanks for the inspiration!
