Does Anyone Use Twitter?

I've been using Twitter for a while now, mostly as a news and information delivery device. I've got a bunch of people followed, but I haven't every really tweeted much, as I never thought I had much to tweet about! However, it occurs to me that my upcoming surgery and changing life and body would be something that some people might find interesting. My plan is to live tweet my hospital experience as much as possible (obviously, I can't live tweet the actual surgery!) and the highlights and/or lowlights of the recovery and weight loss periods. Hello I'm new to this but I wish u the best on ur surgery I had mine done on 10-30-13. I would love to hear how ur doing via twitter I think that would be great hope everything goes great
