THATS A GOOD QUESTION DARLENE....I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT I WILL DO TODAY TO DESERVE A REWARD!!!!!! I KNOW I HAVE BEEN A BAD GIRL LATELY EATING SUGARS!!!!!! I WI**** WOULD MAKE ME SICK LIKE PASTA DOES!!!!!!!! I NEVER SHOULD HAVE TESTED THE SUGAR AGAIN!!!!!!!! DO YOU KNOW IF I DO THE 5 DAY POUCH TEST IT WILL GO BACK TO FIRST STARTING OUT AFTER WLS??? HOW DO I STOP THIS BINGING ON SWEETS AND KEEPING ON TRACK???? MY WILLPOWER IS NIL!!!!!!!! HELP!!
