HI DARLENE AND THANKS AGAIN FOR INVITING ME HERE TO JOIN YOU!!!!
I AM ALMOST 15 MONTHS OUT NOW AND AM DOWN 130 POUNDS!!!!!!!! SO FAR NO PROBLEMS OTHER THEN BEING STUCK SINCE JULY WHEN ALL MY STRESS LEVEL**** THE SKY!!!!!! THINGS ARE LOOKING BETTER FOR ME NOW BUT I AM HOOKED ON SUGAR AGAIN!!!!!! I JUST CAN'T LEAVE THE DAM CANDY ALONE!!!!!!! I EVEN STARTED SNEAKING A DOUGHNUT AT WORK!!!!!! WHY AM I DOING THIS??????? I KNOW WE AREN'T SUPPOSED TO CHEW GUM BUT I AM GOING TO START JUST SO MY MOUTH IS BUSY AND I CAN'T EAT CANDY AND DOUGHNUTS!!!

Can you replace your sugar snacks with better choices? What is it your looking for in the snack? Crunch? something to do with your hands? your mouth? Carry water around with you all the time and use that as a snack crutch. Get the little Crystal lite thingys to flavor the bottle of water, that way you don't have to do a whole pitcher at a time.
As your putting that forbidden snack in your mouth, ask yourself this question.....Who gave me permission to eat this? that helps me at times.
...and when someone breaks our wings, we simply continue to fly...on a broomstick.

YES I CAN BUT IT SEEMS THE ONLY THING THAT HITS THE HANDS AND MOUTH IS THE SWEETS!!!! GRRRRRRRRR I HAVE MY WATER WITHME AT ALL TIMES TOO AND ALSO THE CRYSTAL LITE PACKS!!! I GUESS I AM JUST BORED OR LONESOME??? I WILL TRY TO KEEP AWAY FROM THE DOUGHNUTS AND CANDY AT WORK...I GUESS LEAVING THE MONEY HOME WILL HELP ALSO THEN I CAN'T BE BUYING THE CANDY!!! IS EATING CARROTS BAD FOR US??

I like to nuke peperoni chips on paper towels until they are crisp and snack on those.....gets the grease out too.....

ITS A NEW YEAR AND YES WE NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK!!! I AM ABOUT 30-35 POUNDS FROM MY GOAL OF LOSING HALF OF ME...BUT IN REALITY I WANT TO BE UNDER 200 SO ITS A BATTLE OF 2-5 POUNDS OF MEETING THAT GOAL!!! I KNOW THE EXERCISING IS WHAT I NEED TO GET MY BUTT IN GEAR DOING....JUST HATE TO GO OUT ALONE AFTER DARK WHERE I LIVE!!!! BUT I AM GOING TO DO SOME STUFF AROUND THE HOUSE THAT WILL GET ME GOING IN THE RIGHT AREA OF WORKING OUT SOMEWHAT.
OH YES THE M&M'S OMG I HATE THOSE LITTLE GUYS!!!! AND THE PRETZELS ARE ALSO CALLING ME ALL THE TIME AGAIN!!!
HOPEFULLY DARLENE CAN GET US ON THE RIGHT ROAD AGAIN TO LOSING THIS WEIGHT WE FOUGHT SO HARD TO GET RID OF!!!!
